Dr. Madison Caloss, PT, DPT, CSCS

Upper East Side Physical Therapist

Madison Caloss graduated from New York University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She grew up in Texas, where an active childhood spent playing multiple sports sparked her passion for movement, fitness, and performance. Her first introduction to physical therapy came as a patient, an experience that inspired her to pursue a career in helping others recover and thrive. She went on to earn her degree in Exercise and Sports Science with an emphasis in Rehabilitation, followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from New York University. At NYU, Madison achieved a broad general education across the full scope of physical therapy practice while also developing specialized skills that would shape her clinical focus. During her studies, Madison also obtained her NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification, further deepening her expertise in blending rehabilitation with performance training. She has completed additional coursework in Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s, the Institute of Performance Arts: Complete Body Integration, and pelvic health-focused training through Herman & Wallace.

Madison’s clinical experience includes general acute care, ICU, outpatient orthopedics, pelvic health, and neurological inpatient rehabilitation, giving her a comprehensive skill set to treat diverse patient populations. She is passionate about delivering evidence-based, individualized care that empowers patients to achieve their unique goals—whether returning to high-level athletics, restoring function after injury, or improving quality of life. Outside the clinic, Madison enjoys staying active by biking along the West Side Highway, paddle-boarding, playing volleyball, and participating in trivia nights. She brings the same energy, curiosity, and commitment to lifelong learning to her practice as she does to her hobbies, always striving to help her patients move with confidence and live more fully.
